The app offers an array of features designed to enhance operational efficiency:

• Receive and view tow assignments with ease.
• Access detailed tow information, including distance, quotes, and vehicle or customer details.
• Provide real-time feedback on tow status, ensuring transparent communication.
• Utilize VIN scanning for quick access to vehicle specifications.
• Document vehicle conditions, such as damages and type of tow (e.g., flatbed, winch).
• Track both departure and arrival times for improved time management.
• Adjust tow information based on equipment used (e.g., snatch blocks, flares, oil pads).
